Cancellation Policy

At Mophado, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes or cancel your order.
This policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers while maintaining the efficiency of our made-to-order production model.


A. Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel or modify your order if:

  • You contact us within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends) of placing the order.

  • Your order has not yet entered production.

Once production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify the order, as each item is made-to-order specifically for you.


B. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  1. Send an email to support@mophado.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

  2. Our team will confirm the order status and notify you within 1–2 business days whether it can still be canceled.


C. Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved, your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.


D. Non-Cancellable Orders

We cannot cancel orders that:

  • Have already entered production or been shipped.

  • Are personalized or custom-made items already printed or in processing.
